Mistrounter is an invitation-only AI video API service operated by 迷雾智能科技. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise NSFW content.
  • Generate content involving child sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, illegal activity, or infringement of another person's rights.

Payment and Billing

At launch, access is invitation-only and credits are added manually after confirmation by our team. Self-service checkout and subscriptions are not available. Credit adjustments and refunds are handled case by case.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
